after while changing the mechanic told me that i drove my car for long time with that bad oil .and he told me i have to change the whole transmission ... i dont know why he saying like that is it true that now my transmission will break down soon. but still everything works good. need suggestion.

Go through all the motions the box performs and test each one.The gear to give you the most idea is reverse.If it selects and drives in this gear ok,there's not much wrong.Reverse is the high pressure gear,so tells you the most.

i dont think so.. if you did not have a problem with the transmisssion before and it worked ok .. then there is no problem.. the fluid if it was still red or dark red it is still hydrallic oil and you cant go by the oil what is wrong with the transmission if anything.. maybee sometning came out with the oil some metal pins. or something that made him say that..
Sounds like he's trying to scare you or he lacks knowledge in that area. If the trans is working fine, it's fine. If you are really concerned, take it to a different garage and ask them to do an inspection (without telling them the other diagnosis). Consider ditching your mechanic.
My transmission has 225000 miles on it and has never been flushed (as is pretty much the case with all my past vehicles).
