If it was almost clear and slick, you busted a bypass hose tee. Get a new one from Chevrolet on Monday. No parts house will have it. DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR!!!
It's possible but unlikely that you broke a heater hose tee. You would have had to dropped something and reached for it.
