i was changing my differential fluid and i accidentally broke a bolt in the carrier, it leaks like hell. how can i fix it?

Drill down into the center of the broken bolt and use an extractor to remove it. start with a small drill bit and work your way to a thicker one.

You are going to have to extract the broken bolt and replace it. Anything else would just be trying to hide the problem.
