transmission now 1 month later my trans dip stick has a thick pink fluid inside some one told me it might be water still inside my radiator who should i do. the place where i had the work done is it their flaut??

It is probably water in the transmission and yes, the shop that did the work is responsible. there is no logical way that water can get into a transmission.
