parking brake all the way off...maybe pull up on e brake pedal while pulling release? is there a black box hooked to master cylinder.they had a cheap so called abs system back then....never worked...if you do,unplug the two connectors..the brakes will still work normal...make sure ear brakes are adjusted up good....you can e-mail me if you need more help-doug
