Why My transmission oil is getting dirty ? I change the fluids in filters in June of 2009 I did not do a flush because they say if you do a flush on the tranny your transmission will break. The Transmission shift fine so far no slips, What should I do?

it does turn brown, but it should not smell bad.

Oil change places try to sell more service and make money off of you!

Just do a fluid and filter change on it at a shop.
change the fluid and filter again, if it keeps happening do a flush, just make sure everything is clean when you are reinstalling the pan

It may be Starting to Slip but not enough to notice or effect anything. This time go to a Good Transmission Shop, Flush, Change Fluid %26amp; Filter again then have the shop test it.
make sure everything is not leaking and the cap is on tightly. some wear on the oil is normal
