Why does my brake light come on?

I have a 1995 Honda Accord LX (non v-tech). Automatic trans. I just changed my master cylinder over the weekend. my brakes grab good and theres no break fluid leaking from the brake line. Why does my brake light come on????
Why does my brake light come on?
The fluid sensor may be stuck or bad, then there is emergency brake switch which uses same light, I usually unplug switch from master cylinder and jump wires together, if light off then switch is bad unless fluid is actually low, as for emergency brake switch, it is usually one wire and unplugging will turn off light if that switch is bad, now there is a chance you have ABS and that may turn on light but you'd also have ABS light on

Youre brake light is supposed to come on.

If you meant why doesnt it come on, probably because you forgot to reconnect a wire thats connected to the brake pedal sensor.
It's either brake fluid or sensor
If you mean the dash light it could be a simple glitch my fiancee's 1992 honda prelude does the same thing
anytime you change stuff like a master cylinder you have to bleed the system. you probably still have some air.
