First of all, it's BRAKE, not break fluid.

You have to bleed the brakes through the calipers to get rid of the old fluid. The brake fluid reservoir is on top of the master cylinder. That you will find ahead of the brake booster which is at the back of the engine bay ahead of the driver.

I should just mention that while I applaud your desire to perform the work yourself, considering your question of where to even find the brake fluid and the importance of the braking system to work properly ( your life literally depends on this ), you should just bite the bullet and have a trained shop or technician change the brake fluid for you.
