Transmission kicking in and out of gear...?

Today i was on my way back to work from lunch and my broncoll kicked in and out of gear a couple times real fast then drove fine.It was the weirdest thing, it went down up down up down really fast making the car kinda seize like if you were downshifting a str8 drive.Im pretty sure I have a torque problem.I am going to try replacing my Torque solenoid tomorrow because It is sticking and clunking when i break.

I have already changed my fluid and its not low. This thing it is doing is funny because it used to do that really bad before i had my Cat converter changed and fixed a rich running condition. What on earth would make it shift like that? It also seems to be kinda dragging when it should be shifting to overdrive. What are some other things that make a transmission act up? Im not totally convinced it is tranny related since non tranny related repairs made it go away the first time.

Well ive had a simular problem to much gas was going into my carburator and it was all burning and it shifted up and down all day until i had my brother adjust the carburator, so your best bet is to get a repair manual on how to adjust the carburator, if you are totally clueless on how to do that take it to a shop have them check it out and it should cost about 40 bucks or so...

It could be just the solenoids or it could be due for an overhaul
