Why have I no break pressure in Cosworth 2wd?

Help! Got no pressure on break pedal. Hydrolic pump seems to make a noticable noise, got plenty of fluid in resevoir, accumulator sprays out under pressure when un screwed slightly, new breaks and calipres on car last year but car has been sitting around and not used. Any clues what would need changing?

no i havnt heard of this model.............but did you try to bleed the lines
